Shipping & Returns
- BRNT currently offers free domestic shipping on all products purchased within Canada. All BRNT customers must be of legal age in their province.
- BRNT also ships to Germany, Spain, Australia, Belgium, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. All customers must be of legal age in their province, state or country.
- All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Delivery generally takes between 1-7 business days. After your order has shipped, a UPS tracking number will be sent to the email provided in your order.
- All international orders are shipped via DHL. Delivery generally takes between 7-10 business days. After your order has shipped, a DHL tracking number will be sent to the email provided in your order.
- At this time, BRNT does not ship to the United States.
- BRNT does not ship to P.O box addresses or rural postal codes. Please allow additional time for orders shipping to remote locations.
Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days at the sender’s expense for return shipping. Other returns will not be accepted unless your order was incorrect or arrived damaged.
In the unlikely event that an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of order delivery with a description and 2-3 pictures of the damaged products. If you are entitled to a replacement, one will be sent out in a timely manner.
