Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

  • BRNT currently offers free shipping on all products purchased within Canada. All BRNT customers must be of legal age in their province.
  • All orders are shipped via UPS Standard Service. Delivery generally takes between 1-7 business days. After your order has shipped, a UPS tracking number will be sent to the email provided in your order.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

  • At this time, BRNT only ships products within Canada.
  • BRNT does not ship to P.O box addresses or rural postal codes. Please allow additional time for orders shipping to remote locations. 

RETURN POLICY:

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days at the sender’s expense for return shipping. Other returns will not be accepted unless your order was incorrect or arrived damaged.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

In the unlikely event that an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@brnt.ca within 5 business days of order delivery with a description and 2-3 pictures of the damaged products. If you are entitled to a replacement, one will be sent out in a timely manner.
