SHIPPING OPTIONS:

All packages are shipped via UPS.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

 

ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. All shipments are made via UPS and can be tracked via https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_CA&requester=ST/.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

Please allow additional time for orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered “beyond points”.  BRNT is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from UPS to the local carrier in country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the Canada. Packages undeliverable by UPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at the BRNT shipping hub.

BRNT reserves the right to refuse shipment to any countries they perceive as ineligible to ship to. If a shipment is refused, BRNT will offer a full refund for the order.

 

TAXES:

Except in the case of sales tax for residents of Canada which are calculated and added at the time of purchase, all import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your state and country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to completing your purchase.

 

RETURN POLICY:

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days at the sender’s expense for return shipping. Other returns will not be accepted unless your order was incorrect or arrived damaged.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS: 

In the unlikely event that an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@brnt.ca within 5 business days of order delivery with a description and 2-3 pictures of the damaged products. If you are entitled to a replacement, one will be sent out in a timely manner.
